Application Support Analyst (.NET) - 1 Year Contract Renewable

Job Overview

You will be deployed to our client who is a leading governmenttechnology agency driving digital transformation and innovation in thehealthcare sector. You will be working in a Functional Analyst capacity,supporting IT applications and handling maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsiblefor daily application support, system and batch job monitoring, SSL certificaterenewals, vendor management and contract renewals, manage network penetrationtesting and overall system maintenance
• Liaise with stakeholders from public healthcare institutions, vendors, internalintegration teams and management for reporting and support
• Managedeployments outside office hours

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in .NET application support and maintenance
• Hands-on expertisein MS SQL, application troubleshooting, interface management, .NET applications development and support
• Experience in vendor management and contract renewals
• Ability to supportdeployments and perform system monitoring
• Experienced incollaborating with multiple stakeholders - users, vendors, and integrationteams to ensure smooth end-to-end system performance
