Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage device lifecycle activities including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.
  • Administer endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM.
  • Troubleshot complex endpoint and workspace-related issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoinT.
  • Assist with collaboration and productivity tool enhancements.
  • Support virtual desktop or remote access solutions (e.g. AVD, VDI) where applicable.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security controls such as BitLocker, Defender, and compliance policies.
  • Support identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and Conditional Access.
  • Ensure workspace environments meet internal security, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for workspace-related incidents and service request.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with Service Desk and infrastructure teams to improve support efficiency.
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
  • Participate in technology refresh, pilot, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities (automation AI etc.) to improve user experience, stability, and security.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in End-User Computing / Workspace / EUC roles in enterprise or corporate IT environments.
  • Strong experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM).
  • Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, and endpoint security controls.
  • Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes.
