Job Summary
You will install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals while providing technical support to end users in a fast-paced IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners to meet operational requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues to minimize downtime and maintain system performance
- Support desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers in an IT service/help desk setting to ensure reliable user access
- Apply and maintain tablet, desktop, Server Operating Systems, and all Microsoft applications for end-user productivity
- Manage and support wireless technologies and LAN infrastructure to ensure network connectivity and security
- Maintain and troubleshoot all laptop hardware and desktop types to sustain device functionality
- Perform Active Directory and Azure maintenance support, including Azure AD and On-Prem AD, to manage user accounts and access
- Listen actively to understand end-user needs and requests, providing clear communication and effective solutions
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to meet service level expectations
- Collaborate with team members and follow instructions to support IT operations and continuous improvement
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess Higher Nitec in any relevant IT or Computer Science field
- Ability to diagnose technical issues accurately and apply appropriate solutions
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with end-users and team members
- Demonstrate responsibility, proactivity, and a positive working attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adapt quickly to changing work environments and priorities

- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
