Engineer (Civil and Structural)

Responsibilities:

. Perform design and analysis for Civil & Structural engineering works.

. Liaise with other consultants, contractors & authorities from inception to complete the project.

. Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to authorities and clients.

. Coordinates and monitor work progress at site including attending meetings during course of construction of projects.

. Pre-tender, tender and contract administration for the Organization's development projects.

. To prepare specifications and documents for the purpose of inviting tenders.

. Evaluate received tenders and provide competitive analysis.

. Beside design work, the engineer also requires to carry out structural inspections of buildings and civil engineering structures.

. Travel outstation for meeting as and when required.

Requirements:

. At least a good diploma/degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.

. Able to use different analysis software & doing key plans using AutoCAD, ETABS.

. Good project management and communication skills.

. Hardworking, honest, careful, high caliber, fast worker, teamwork, humble and respectful to others.

. Those with people's skills like managing people, time and resources are highly recommended.

. Those with fire safety work experience may also apply.

. Candidates with 1 or 2 years of relevant experience is welcomed to apply.
