Job Description
- Perform onsite visits as scheduled by Superiors, as requested by the debt recovery officers.
- Indicate the abnormalities of the premises on the report for updating in the collection system.
- To obtain and verify any latest contact information from the debtor/family members or anyone who knows the debtor.
- Ensure all scheduled visits are done and returned on time to comply with the banking's SLA.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirement
- Must have own transport (Preferably motorbike)
- Authorized to drive in Singapore.
- Lives in Singapore.
.Important Note:
As per Debt Collection Act 2022 commencement effective December 2023, individual involved in debt collection must be approved by Singapore Police Force (SPF). Foreigners are required to provide a copy of Good Conduct Certificate.
