LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom logistics and transport solutions for clients based on their freight requirements.
• Analyze client needs, shipment patterns, and cost structures to create efficient and scalable transport models.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to support client acquisition and solution pitching.
• Prepare pricing models, cost estimates, and proposals for logistics contracts and tenders.
• Identify opportunities to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve service levels across operations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of designed logistics solutions.
• Lead implementation of new client projects, including SOP creation and process setup.
• Monitor performance of deployed solutions and continuously improve efficiency and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and transport partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends, transport regulations, and market pricing to remain competitive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in logistics solutions, supply chain design, or transport planning.
• Strong understanding of land freight operations, route optimization, and cost structures.
• Experience in pricing, tendering, and solution design for logistics contracts.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
• Ability to translate operational capabilities into client-ready solutions and proposals.
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on profitability and scalability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
