Employment Counsel
If you are an experienced employment lawyer seeking a move in-house to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. As an Employment Counsel, you will play a key role in providing strategic legal guidance on a broad range of employment law matters. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, offering critical legal support that contributes to the company's continued growth and success.
You will advise on various employment-related issues, including employee relations, ESOPS, benefits, and compliance. You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing employment agreements, policies, and procedures that align with the unique needs of a technology-driven organization. Furthermore, you will manage employment litigation and disputes, overseeing negotiations and settlements, while ensuring the company stays informed on the latest developments in employment law and regulations.
Requirements
You are a Singapore-qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. With a commercially focused mindset, you are adept at providing practical, solution-oriented advice to internal stakeholders and senior management.
