Job Title: ELV Supervisor / Foreman
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time 8am-5pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced ELV Supervisor / Foreman to oversee on-site installation works for (ELV) systems. The candidate will manage daily site operations, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with project teams to deliver projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily ELV installation works on site
- Lead a team of workers and assign tasks effectively
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with main contractors, M&E teams, and other trades
- Monitor work progress and report to Project Engineer/Manager
- Ensure all works meet quality standards and project requirements
- Enforce site safety rules and conduct toolbox meetings
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and system handover
- Prepare daily reports and highlight any site issues
- Able to help out in doing tender with ELV portions with calculation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in ELV systems installation
- Strong knowledge of systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Structured Cabling , PA systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Familiar with local authority requirements and safety regulations
- Able to work independently and under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant technical certification in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- Experience working on construction sites in Singapore
- Basic computer skills for reporting
