IT Executive (Microsoft Intune/Entra ID)

• Provide Level 1 end-user support for Windows endpoints, peripherals, and standard applications.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities, including Windows laptop issuance and asset tracking.
• Prepare user accounts and devices for new hires in collaboration with L2 support (accounts, access, PC readiness).
• Deploy and replace PCs site-wide according to provided instructions, schedules, and floor plans.
• Perform Windows 11 imaging/cloning, configuration, and handover to users.
• Execute daily IT operational tasks in compliance with established IT controls, security policies, and procedures.
• Assist the AST IT team during end-user application rollouts, deployments, and implementation activities.
• Escalate incidents and requests to L2/L3 appropriately, with proper documentation.

Knowledge & Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (user and device management).
• Working knowledge of Windows AD and hybrid AD environments.
• Experience with Windows 11 imaging, deployment, and endpoint configuration.
• Practical understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts (endpoint security, access control, data protection).
• Solid L1 troubleshooting skills for PCs, OS, and common enterprise applications.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work independently on operational tasks, and coordinate effectively with internal IT teams.
