Responsibilities
- Manage access control systems(user access, card issuance, logs, audits, vendor coordination)
- Monitor CCTV, review footage, and handle incident reporting
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and maintenance
- Manage office supplies, pantry, and equipment
- Handle mail, deliveries, and visitor reception
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Organize meetings, events, and town halls
- Arrange travel ,accommodation, and visa/work permits
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks
Required Skills & Experience
- Diploma/Degree with 4+ years Office Administration experience
- Strong knowledge of office operations and facilities management
- Experience with access control systems (Entry Pass preferred)
- Highly organized detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF)
