Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage access control systems(user access, card issuance, logs, audits, vendor coordination)
  • Monitor CCTV, review footage, and handle incident reporting
  • Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and maintenance
  • Manage office supplies, pantry, and equipment
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and visitor reception
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Organize meetings, events, and town halls
  • Arrange travel ,accommodation, and visa/work permits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks

Required Skills & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree with 4+ years Office Administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of office operations and facilities management
  • Experience with access control systems (Entry Pass preferred)
  • Highly organized detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF)
