Join our team as an Operation Officer in a dynamic outsourced project. We are looking for responsible and committed individuals to support daily operations, coordinate with different stakeholders, and ensure that assigned tasks and cases are carried out smoothly and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to feedback received through multiple channels such as calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate and follow up with various stakeholders, including contractors and managing agents to address the feedback.
- Assess and verify completed works to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Conduct onsite inspections and surveillance to verify the feedback received and for enforcement purposes.
- Carry out onsite surveys and collect accurate information for reporting purposes.
- Liaise with feedback providers (FPs), public, and stakeholders through face-to-face engagements.
- Taking necessary actions to address and resolve the feedback, including consulting supervisors/team members and other agencies.
- Review and retrieve CCTV footage when required.
- Provide administrative support including but not limited to statistical analysis, duty roster management, and other general administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in any fields
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient, attentive, approachable and customer-oriented
- Willing to work in an outdoor environment
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
Working Time
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to6:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
