Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and carry out maintenance activities for equipment and facility systems to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, taking corrective actions promptly.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure maintenance activities meet operational and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and reports for compliance and tracking purposes.
- Provide support for the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-effective solutions to improve productivity.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in maintenance or technical roles within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, controls, and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and basic data analysis is an advantage.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
