Support the EHS Officer in daytoday environmental, health, and safety operations.
Serve as an EHS subject matter resource and provide guidance to local business partners.
Develop, review, and maintain Risk Assessments in compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements.
Maintain EHS documentation, recordkeeping, hazard assessments, training records, and audit reports.
Liaise with local authorities and support regulatory submissions as required.
Assist in planning and delivering EHS training programs and toolbox talks.
Support global and regional programs including ergonomics, audits, and inspection activities.
Participate in incident investigations, contributing to rootcause analysis and corrective actions.
Support and coordinate PermittoWork (PTW) processes, job hazard analysis, and other risk assessment frameworks.
Monitor EHS performance metrics and provide analysis and reporting to leadership.
Assist in maintaining digital EHS platforms and ensuring accurate data entry
Perform other duties assigned by EHS Leadership to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Candidate Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience and/or professional safety certifications will also be considered.
Experience & Technical Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in an EHS Coordinator role.
Good knowledge of Singapore EHS regulatory requirements, including general and construction standards.
Experience supporting or conducting incident investigations and rootcause analysis.
Familiarity with digital EHS systems (e.g., Gensuite, Enablon, VelocityEHS, or similar platforms).
Experience assisting with or delivering EHS training, toolbox talks, or safety communications.
Exposure to PermittoWork (PTW), Risk Assessment methodologies, or safety management systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong documentation, analytical, and reportwriting skills.
