Position: EHS Coordinator
The EHS Coordinator supports the implementation and maintenance of the site Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management system to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, contractual, and company requirements. The role assists the Site EHS Manager and site management team in monitoring safety performance, maintaining EHS documentation, and promoting a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the site EHS plan, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor compliance with EHS requirements.
- Assist in risk assessments, method statement reviews, and subcontractor EHS compliance.
- Support incident reporting, investigation, and record keeping.
- Maintain EHS documentation and reporting systems (e.g., Gensuite).
- Coordinate EHS training, toolbox talks, and safety communications.
- Assist with emergency preparedness and site security procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act 2006 and related regulations.
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as WSQ WSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent preferred.
- 3-6 years of EHS experience, preferably in construction, energy, or industrial projects
- Knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act 2006.
