Job Summary
Join Easy Helper PTD LTD as an EA Personnel to manage end-to-end foreign domestic helper placement services, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with MOM regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales and respond promptly to customer enquiries to drive business growth
- Conduct interviews with helpers and compile detailed biodata for employer review
- Arrange and facilitate interviews between employers and helpers to ensure good matches
- Match customer requirements with helper profiles and recommend suitable candidates to close sales
- Process all deployment documents including Security Bond, Employment Contract, Service Agreement, Rest Day form, and Safety Agreement accurately and timely
- Perform Work Permit transactions with MOM via WP Online to ensure compliance and smooth deployment
- Provide after-sales follow-up and mediate between helpers and employers to resolve issues effectively
- Coordinate with MOM for card collection and thumbprint arrangements as required
- Guide and support junior EA personnel by addressing their questions and providing mentorship
- Willingly work on weekends and undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support business needs
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain records and reports efficiently (preferred skill)
Required competencies and certifications
- CEI BASIC or KAH certification
- Minimum 2 years of EA experience in foreign domestic worker services
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to enhance administrative efficiency

Working Hours
