As we continue to expand our digital presence and global audience, we are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to help grow and optimize our online retail experience.
The Role This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing Pharaoh's Horses online store and digital sales channels. This includes maintaining product listings, optimizing the customer journey, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting online campaigns that drive sales and brand growth.
You will work closely with the creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure our online store reflects the brand's identity while delivering a seamless shopping experience for customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the brand's e-commerce platforms (Shopify and other digital channels)
- Upload and optimize product listings, descriptions, imagery, and pricing
- Monitor website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior analytics
- Support the planning and execution of online campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Coordinate with internal teams on inventory updates, fulfillment processes, and product releases
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, customer experience, and online merchandising
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights to support business decisions
Qualifications- Experience working in e-commerce, digital retail, or online merchandising
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Understanding of online retail operations and customer journey optimization
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in fashion, culture, and lifestyle brands is a plus
Preferred
- Prior experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
- Basic familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Commerce tools, or similar platforms
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
