Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior E-Commerce Specialist to be a key player in our online sales strategy.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end operational excellence of our storefronts, ensuring a seamless customer journey from browsing to delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Operations & Product Management

o Manage and optimize product listings across all e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy in information, pricing, and inventory levels.

o Work closely with the Order Fulfilment team to streamline order processing and ensure timely deliveries to customers.

o Reconcile platform transactions and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Finance department.

2) Campaign & Promotion Execution

o Develop and execute compelling sales campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, conversion, and average order value.

o Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of offline marketing initiatives, such as roadshows.

3) Customer & Corporate Programs

o Serve as the primary point for resolving customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds in a timely and brand-positive manner.

o Own the Corporate Employee Purchase Programme (CEPP), including new account development, onboarding, and database management.

4) Reporting & Analysis

o Track and manage the Marketing Fund, including budget monitoring and documentation.

o Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify trends and growth opportunities.

o Generate regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and operational metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

o Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

o Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.

o Proven experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee).

o Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics or similar tools.

o Excellent project and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

o A problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

o Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with internal teams and external partners.

Working hours:

Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
