  • Manage online store listings (product uploads, descriptions, pricing, inventory).
  • Monitor and optimize product visibility on various platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product launches and campaigns.
  • Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries on e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyze sales performance and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Conceptualize, script, and produce advertisements, corporate videos, and event coverage videos for marketing purposes.
  • Coordinate video shoots including scheduling, talent coordination, and logistics.
  • Work with designers and content creators to produce visually engaging multimedia content for use on websites, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (e.g. Facebook/instagram Ads, Google Ads).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for social media content planning and execution.
  • Support influencer outreach and event promotions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on weekend, public holiday.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
  • Proficient in video editing software and basic graphic design tools.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.
