DRIVER

Job Scope:

• Provide pick-up and drop-off services for guests, including airport or ferry terminal transfers.
• Drive guests to scheduled destinations upon request, ensuring timely and safe arrival.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading of luggage and parcels.
• Deliver documents, laundry, maintenance items, and supplies to/from partner locations or suppliers.
• Support housekeeping or maintenance team in logistics during room setup or emergency responses
• Transport staff members to designated locations for work-related errands.
• Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained at all times
• Report any mechanical issues immediately and coordinate servicing appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service history.
• Obey all traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Ensure guest and staff safety during transportation.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and etiquette.
• Handle guest queries or concerns politely and escalate when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager or the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class 3/3A driver's license
• Clean driving record and minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Familiar with local traffic routes and landmarks.
• Able to communicate in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Physically fit and capable of lifting luggage or small packages.
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
• Team player, able to work under fast paced environment and under pressure
