DRAFTER

Mainly to do the drafting job for civil, architectural and structure discipline

To draw the detail drawing in own proposal or from subcontractors proposal,

To produce or modified over the given drawing to achieve approval for work or for submission.

To conduct site measurement and prepare shop drawing and As-built drawing。

To involve coordination in material sample collection/submission to sub-con and clients.

Liaising with any consultants, PE Engineers subcontractors, supervisors.

Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local regulations

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

Minimum 2 year of relevant experience specific for 2D detailing or equivalent.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and technical drawing preparation skills

Good coordination, proactive, and communication skills.
