Drafting & Design: Develop detailed layout plans, schematics, ducting layouts, and piping drawings for ACMV systems, often focusing on commercial or industrial projects.
Shop Drawings & As-Built Plans: Create and revise technical drawings based on engineering instructions and project specifications.
Coordination & Clash Resolution: Identify and resolve conflicts between aircon services and other services (pipes, beams, ceilings) using software such as AutoCAD or BIM.
Site Visits & Verification: Conduct site surveys to verify measurements and ensure drawings match actual on-site conditions.
