Based in Singapore, our client&aposs strategic hub, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership ensuring the smooth execution of strategic priorities, business continuity, administration, and stakeholder alignment.
You will lead regional administrative and business functions, driving operational excellence and organizational impact to enable the company&aposs effective in the fast-evolving renewable energy sector growth.
Key Scope:
- Oversee headquarters and project office operations, ensuring effective facilities management, workplace services, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Serve as the central point for office and project support, providing strategic guidance on administrative processes that enable the business to function at its best.
- Partner with leadership team to align corporate strategy, monitor high-priority projects, and deliver board/EXCO reporting.
- Manage cross-border operations and act as a key interface with senior stakeholders globally.
- Drive executive affairs such as board meetings, investor visits, and senior stakeholder events, while leading corporate governance and entity management across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance and strong governance standards.
- Connect senior leaders to key renewable energy business events and forums in Singapore and regional markets, fostering strategic partnerships and enabling business expansion.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, investors, regulators, and external partners to ensure business continuity and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Master&aposs Degree.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy and operations within the renewable energy sector in Singapore
- Strong track record in managing administration/office operations in the renewable/energy industry across regional or multinational settings.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to simplify complexity and deliver outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Capable of engaging confidently with board members, regulators, and cross-cultural teams.
- A visionary and pragmatic leader who combines strategic insight with hands-on execution.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential, as the role requires frequent collaboration with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
