Job Description

Join a pioneering renewable energy leader at the forefront of the industry. This Singapore-based role empowers you to lead general office management and administrative frameworks that enhance efficiency, while advancing corporate affairs, culture development and corporate branding.

Through strong stakeholder engagement, you will deliver operational impact that drives sustainable growth in a dynamic and rapidly expanding sector.

Global Administration and Executive Engagement

  • Drive daily HQ and global office operations, delivering efficient support and developing scalable administrative frameworks that enable expansion into new geographies.
  • Ensure seamless operations across leasing, procurement, facilities management, and workplace services, while overseeing renovations, upgrades, and lease negotiations with building management.
  • Manage bilingual documentation in English and Mandarin, ensuring accuracy and alignment across cross-border finance, legal, compliance, and investment workflows.
  • Plan and execute high-level engagements such as board meetings, AGMs, townhalls, and investor visits.
  • Oversea the planning of ministerial visits, stakeholder discussions, and milestone events, ensuring flawless execution and memorable experiences for senior stakeholders.
  • Handle executive travel planning, media appearances, and public relations initiatives.
  • Manage event logistics, vendors, budgets, and risk to deliver polished, reputation-enhancing outcomes.
  • Act as a bridge between senior management and global teams, aligning operations with organizational development strategy.

Employer Branding & Organizational Culture Development

  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to create meaningful employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture across regions.
  • Advocate for DEI programs to promote belonging and inclusivity for all employees.
  • Partner with senior leadership to turn strategy into results, supporting workforce growth through succession planning and capability building.
  • Work alongside communications and marketing to enhance brand visibility, ensuring internal communications consistently embody the company&aposs culture, values, and vision.
  • Act as an ambassador and champion the company&aposs brand identity and positioning as an employer of choice in the renewable energy industry.

The ideal candidate should be/have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Master&aposs Degree.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in overseeing administration and office operations, enhancing organizational/culture development, fostering employee engagement, and building corporate branding across multinational settings.
  • Applicants from renewable/energy related industry will be a plus!
  • Highly organized, resourceful & able to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Capable of engaging confidently with senior leaders, board members and cross-cultural teams.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential, as the role requires frequent collaboration with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • A pragmatic leader who combines strategic insight with hands-on execution.
