About The Job
- Formulate and execute strategic operational plans to boost efficiency, elevate productivity, and drive profitability.
- Direct the end-to-end functions of manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, and logistics to guarantee a seamless and integrated workflow.
- Champion continuous improvement programs focused on elevating product quality, improving cost efficiency, and advancing sustainability efforts.
- Partner closely with R&D and commercial departments to ensure operational capabilities are precisely aligned with market needs and the company&aposs innovation pipeline.
- Guarantee full adherence to all relevant industry regulations, uphold stringent food safety standards, and meet established sustainability objectives.
- Develop and administer operational budgets, with a clear focus on strategic cost optimization while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Source and implement technology solutions designed to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance overall business performance.
- Provide operational leadership for key business expansion initiatives, including new product introductions, manufacturing capacity increases, and geographic growth.
About The Manager/team
Lead, coach, and cultivate high-performing teams across various departments, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
Skills And Experience Required
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of operational leadership experience, ideally in food ingredients, food manufacturing, seasonings manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
- Ability to drive efficiency, run growth strategies, and lead successful teams.
- Analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- China market experience is a significant plus.
