Director of HR

Our client is a leading real estate investment and operating platform is seeking a Director, Human Resources, to provide strategic leadership across People, Corporate Communications, Brand, and Community Engagement functions. This role integrates organisational strategy, talent management, and corporate positioning to drive business performance and long-term sustainability. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight across Human Resources and Corporate Communications, aligning people, culture, and brand initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and compliance governance.
- Shape organisational culture and employer branding through clear purpose articulation, leadership frameworks, and engagement strategies.
- Oversee corporate communications, brand positioning, reputation management, and digital presence to strengthen external perception and stakeholder confidence.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships, community engagement initiatives, and cross-sector collaborations to enhance corporate reputation and long-term value creation.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related discipline postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience across HR and/or corporate communications functions.
- Proven experience advising senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders on people and organisational strategy.
- Strong track record in organisational development, culture transformation, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities with strong commercial acumen.
