Job Description

HR Business Partnering

  • As a strategic HR partner to regional business units, country HR teams, and local leadership, providing guidance and support on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness to ensure alignment with both regional and local business priorities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR priorities and co-create solutions that drive performance and engagement.
  • Provide guidance on change management, employee development, and culture-building initiatives to enable business agility and growth.
  • Advise on employee relations, policy interpretation, and compliance, ensuring consistency with regional and global standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices.

Employer Branding & Employee Experience

  • Develop and execute regional employer branding strategies in alignment with global EVP and talent attraction goals.
  • Partner with internal communications, marketing, and global HR teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
  • Monitor employee sentiment and engagement trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Talent Management

  • Oversee the annual performance review cycle, ensuring consistency in goal setting, feedback, and development planning across the region.
  • Partner with business and country HR teams to embed performance management as a continuous feedback-driven process that supports a high-performance culture.
  • Provide guidance and tools to managers and employees to support effective performance conversations and development planning.

People Management

  • Lead and coach a small team responsible for regional recruitment, employee engagement, and HR business partnering
  • Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to support team development.
  • Responsible for setting goals and objectives for team member, develop skills and capabilities and evaluating performance
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong blend of employee experience, talent management, and HR business partnering.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across a matrixed, multicultural environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into people strategies.
  • Prior experience in people management is preferred.
  • Deep expertise in employee experience and talent strategy, with a strong ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and long-term organizational goals in a strategic approach.
  • Assertive and persuasive, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence diverse stakeholders across multi-functional and multicultural teams in the region.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and lead through change.
  • Open-minded and committed to continuous learning and personal growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with sound judgment and decision making capabilities.
