As a Deputy Director, HR (Healthcare industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Deliver effective business partnering across talent acquisition, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with business strategies and contributing to organizational goals.
Lead the team in delivering and managing people management systems, practices, and processes to support HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
Partner with leaders and managers to enhance leadership, team, and organizational effectiveness, while providing fair and consistent guidance on HR programs, policies, and related matters.
Collaborate with management to forecast workforce needs and develop strategies for talent attraction, retention, and engagement while promoting organizational culture.
Implement and support change management efforts within the organization.
Oversee key annual HR processes such as budgeting, succession planning, performance reviews, and rewards planning.
Lead cluster-level projects to drive continuous improvement in HR operations, supporting organizational growth and transformation.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with more than 10 years of HR management experience, ideally within a large, complex organization or multinational corporation (MNC).
