About Our Client


Our client is a renowned integrated healthcare institution, delivering comprehensive care through expertise, compassion, and collaboration. You will join a team of dedicated professionals in contributing to the community through high-quality care. This role will lead a team of 15 direct reports in supporting the largest workforce division within the institution.

Job Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people, culture, and organisational matters
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet current and future needs.
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives for the assigned division.
  • Collaborate with division leadership to address staffing requirements and employee relations matters.
  • Establish and review HR policies, frameworks, and governance standards.
  • Manage HR budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • At least 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience in large organisation or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive HR initiatives.
