About Our Client

You will join a team of dedicated professionals in contributing to the community through high-quality care. This role will lead a team of 15 direct reports in supporting the largest workforce division within the institution.
Job Description
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people, culture, and organisational matters
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet current and future needs.
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives for the assigned division.
- Collaborate with division leadership to address staffing requirements and employee relations matters.
- Establish and review HR policies, frameworks, and governance standards.
- Manage HR budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
- At least 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience in large organisation or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive HR initiatives.
