Key Responsibilities
- Lead group-wide financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance in accordance with IFRS across multiple jurisdictions.
- Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and multi-year strategic planning processes, providing clear insights to senior management and the Board.
- Establish and maintain strong financial governance, internal controls, and accounting policies across all operating entities.
- Act as finance lead on corporate initiatives including restructuring, M&A, and other shareholder-driven projects.
- Partner closely with the executive team to deliver forward-looking financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA or CA qualification.
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership responsibility at group level.
- Strong technical grounding in IFRS, group consolidation, and multi-entity structures.
- Proven experience leading both Accounting and FP&A functions in a complex organization.
- Demonstrated ability to operate hands-on while influencing senior stakeholders and Boards.
