Role Purpose
The Regional Director, Finance & Performance provides strategic financial leadership and performance stewardship for the Client program across APAC and India. This role ensures commercial sustainability, value for money, and financial transparency, while enabling an excellent end-user experience.
Acting as a trusted senior partner to both Sodexo and the Client, the role translates complex financial and operational data into clear insights, supports strategic decision-making, and drives disciplined performance management across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Own the regional financial strategy for the Client account across APAC and India.
- Ensure long-term commercial sustainability aligned with client expectations and contractual commitments.
- Partner with regional and global leadership on growth plans, investment decisions, and future operating models.
- Bring external market insight and commercial perspective into regional strategy and decision-making.
Performance & Value Management
- Own and manage regional performance against budget, forecast, and outlook.
- Clearly demonstrate value for money to the Client through robust, defensible financial insights.
- Identify and drive productivity, labour efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives, without compromising service quality or user experience.
- Lead performance reviews focused on action, outcomes, and accountability, not explanation.
Commercial Governance & Contract Management
- Own and oversee commercial governance for the Client account across the region.
- Ensure compliance with MSOWs, pricing structures, fee models, and contractual obligations.
- Support commercial negotiations, change controls, and contract discussions with client.
- Partner closely with Legal and Procurement to manage risk and protect commercial value.
Financial Insight & Data Leadership
- Lead the consolidation of regional financial performance across countries.
- Translate financial, operational, and user data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain trusted dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Simplify complex information for senior internal and client stakeholders, enabling informed decisions.
Client Partnership
- Act as the senior financial and commercial counterpart to the Client.
- Support QBRs, financial reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Build strong client confidence through transparency, rigour, credibility, and consistency.
Leadership & Capability Building
- Coach and develop regional teams to improve financial literacy, commercial discipline, and performance mindset.
- Set clear expectations for accountability and performance management.
- Actively contribute as part of the global Sodexo Client Leadership community.

Candidate Profile:
Experience
- Senior-level experience in finance, commercial, or performance leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading multi-country or regional portfolios.
- Background in complex outsourcing, services, hospitality, or facilities management environments preferred.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with demanding global clients.
