Executive Director - Finance (Board)

Salary Range: USD 15,000 - 20,000

We are seeking an Executive Director - Finance (Board) to provide strategic financial leadership at the group level and drive governance, risk management, and process excellence across all business units.
Strategic Leadership & Governance
Provide financial oversight and strategic guidance directly to the Chairman and Board.
Assist in managing finance-related board responsibilities and ensure alignment with group objectives.
Develop five-year financial goals and plans, aligned with business strategy.
Financial Management & Performance
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance review processes.
Provide insights into business financial performance, including cost structure analysis, profitability, and financial impact on strategy execution.
Oversee group financial reporting, standardize reporting formats, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Review SAP modules, chart of accounts, and implement system improvements or automation as required.
Controls, Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure robust internal controls, compliance with statutory and audit requirements, and development of an internal audit system.
Lead corporate tax planning, fund planning, and risk management initiatives across the group.
Drive SOP standardization, process improvements, and system automation for financial reporting and budgeting.
Treasury & Banking
Manage group-level cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships.
Oversee loans, mortgages, and corporate fund management.
Capability Building
Develop finance leadership across the group and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Build functional capability, define roles, responsibilities, and KPIs for finance teams.
Mentor Finance Directors, managers, and senior managers across all business units.
Professionalism & Leadership Qualities
Strong communication, integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
Ability to influence, guide, and inspire finance teams and the broader organization.
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline Chartered Accountant preferred.
18+ years of executive-level financial management experience in large or multinational companies, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong ERP/SAP experience.
Fluent in English Mandarin proficiency preferred.
Aged 40-50 years.
Salary: USD 15,000 - 20,000 per month
Annual Leave: 3 cycles (31 days x1, 20 days x2)
