Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall business operations and strategic planning of the company.
• Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company's presence in Singapore and international markets.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations to drive revenue growth.
• Manage and supervise internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to support business development initiatives.
• Provide leadership in product strategy and technology initiatives related to software and digital solutions.
• Ensure the company's compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
• Represent the company in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and key stakeholder engagements.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in business management, technology, or digital solutions industry.
• Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and operational management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in regional business expansion or international market development will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
