Regional Financial Reporting & Analysis Director

The Director of FP&A -APAC is the strategic finance lead for the APAC region (excluding China), driving financial performance, capital discipline, and decision support across multiple markets.

The role acts as a trusted advisor to regional leadership and Global HQ, ensuring robust financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and governance. Beyond reporting, this position actively identifies opportunities for financial improvement and mobilize leadership to seize opportunities.

This position will play key role liaising with APAC and Stafa leadership to align on processes and drive financial outcomes.

Financial Planning

. Develop and communicate Budget, Reforecast and month end reporting calendar & publish to relevant stakeholders within APAC leadership & GCs

. Lead the development and creation of Budget, Reforecast and month end consolidation templates - leverage FP&A COE templates

. Perform analysis to create & communicate financial targets for Regional and Group Company targets and goals

. Consolidate Budget, Reforecast and month end results, create management presentations & conduct reviews with APAC &GC leadership (create insights and visibility)

. Drive FP&A process and reporting standardization for GCs in collaboration with Group FP&A team

. Drive region wide FP&A process improvement and standardization, seek simplicity and enable efficiency within reporting processes

. Build & align Regional / Group Strat Plan (M&A, Greenfield, Expansions)

Reporting & Analysis

. Establish comprehensive, region wide financial reporting processes for P&L, Cashflow and other relevant reporting areas leveraging financial reports and templates provided by the FP&A COE

. Prepare management P&Ls and supporting financial KPIs and insights for month end results

. Perform variance analysis for APAC & Group Company specific results, analyze overall results and provide key performance insights and recommendations to improve performance

. Prepare management presentations (monthly) to summarize and communicate results, create cadence & communication mechanism to review and socialize results

. Analyze sales, gross margin, OPEX and business result performance and provide key insights and drivers

. Conduct regional balance sheet, cashflow and working capital analysis

. Perform WHS & Retail analysis to understand and communicate performance, highlight business & country mix impact to regional result

. Coordinate, facilitate and lead Daily Management and Daily Sales processes

. Create data visualizations using advanced data tools for key product financial and operational data points including NPS, key product, operational metrics, etc.

. Create and disseminate regional, country ASP and SPU insights

. Identify margin opportunities, highlight risk areas that need to be addressed

. Elevate visibility into key drivers for regional cashflow performance, AR, DSO, Capex

. Serve as a key business partner to Regional President, Regional SD Finance for financial and analytical insights

. Present complicated financial insights in an easy to understand and actionable way

. Drive continuous improvement within reporting and FP&A team

. Partner with Stafa teams on financial reporting changes

More about you:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with minimum 10 years progressive experience.
