Digital Sales Engineer (HVAC)

Job Summary:

The Digital SalesEngineer supports the commercialization of high efficiency HVAC fan technologies andcustomized digital energy optimization solutionsacross Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on Singapore's regulatedenvironment. This position partners with consultants, M&E engineers, OEMs,and facility owners to deliver technical insights, regulatory alignedproposals, and digital value demonstrations that drive energy savings andoperational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Pre‑Sales & SystemDesign

• Translate customer requirements intooptimized fan selections and digital system configurations.
• Align proposals with Singapore's energyefficiency standards such as SS 530:2024.
• Ensure compliance with BCA's Code forEnvironmental Sustainability of Buildings.

Digital Solutions &Energy‑SavingsDemonstration

• Conduct energy baseline assessments usingdigital dashboards.
• Present ROI simulations aligned with GreenMark 2021 requirements.
• Support customers in meeting BCA PeriodicEnergy Audit obligations.

Regional Sales Enablement(SEA)

• Deliver virtual audits, online demos, andcross‑border technicalconsultations.
• Support regional regulatory and marketadaptation.
• Locate and develop specific salesopportunities and plan specific sales approaches.

Customer Onboarding &Technical Support

• Support commissioning of fan and digitalsystems.
• Train customers on dashboards andoptimization workflows.
• Make regular sales calls and visit existingmajor accounts and establish contact with new accounts.
• Organize and conduct effective presentationsto customers.
• The scope of responsibilities may be altered from time to time and asrequired by the company.

Requirements:

• Experience with consultants, OEMs, andM&E contractors in SEA.
• Knowledge of BMS/BAS integration and energyaudits.
