Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Digital Sales Engineer to support the commercialization of high-efficiency HVAC fan technologies and digital energy optimization solutions across Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on Singapore.

In this role, you will collaborate with consultants, M&E engineers, OEM partners, and facility owners to deliver compliant, data-driven solutions that enhance energy efficiency and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Pre-Sales & System Design

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into optimized HVAC fan selections and digital system configurations

• Prepare proposals aligned with Singapore energy efficiency standards (e.g., SS 530:2024)

• Ensure solutions comply with relevant building and sustainability guidelines

Digital Solutions & Energy Optimisation

• Conduct energy baseline assessments using digital tools and dashboards

• Develop and present ROI simulations to support energy-saving initiatives

• Support customers in meeting regulatory audit and reporting requirements

Regional Sales Support (Southeast Asia)

• Provide virtual consultations, product demonstrations, and technical support across the region

• Identify new business opportunities and support sales strategy development

• Adapt solutions based on regional regulatory and market requirements

Customer Engagement & Support

• Support system commissioning and implementation

• Train clients on system usage, dashboards, and optimization workflows

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

• Conduct presentations and regular client visits where required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC, energy efficiency, or related industries

• Familiarity with BCA Singapore regulations and standards related to energy and buildings is advantageous

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional environment
