Salary: Base Salary SGD 4,000 - 6,000 per month, plus attractive commission based on performance and sales targets.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the beauty industry. You will play a key role in driving online engagement, customer acquisition, and brand growth through creative digital strategies. Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing campaigns from start to finish, tailored to the beauty sector.

. Drive customer traffic to our physical stores through targeted lead generation and promotional activities.

. Create engaging content, including shooting high-quality videos and writing compelling social media posts (e.g., for Instagram, TikTok, Xiao hong shu and Facebook).

. Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across digital platforms to maximize reach and conversions.

Requirements:

. Proven track record in end-to-end online marketing within the beauty industry (e.g., skincare, aesthetics, or wellness).

. Strong skills in content creation, with experience in video production for social media.

. Expertise in digital advertising tools and strategies (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM).

. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to measure campaign success.

. Excellent communication skills in English Mandarin proficiency is a plus for broader audience reach.

. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics) preferred.
