About the role
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, create, publish, and optimize content across key social platforms while using HubSpot, Semrush, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure performance and continuously improve results. You'll also use modern AI tools to speed up content creation and testing (text, images, video).
Key Responsibilities1) Social Media Planning & Publishing
- Manage content creation and posting across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
- Build and maintain a social content calendar (weekly/monthly).
- Write engaging captions and post copy tailored to each platform's format and audience.
- Ensure brand consistency (tone, visuals, messaging) across channels.
- Coordinate with sales/product teams to turn updates into content.
2) Content Creation (Creative + Production)
- Create marketing content including: social posts, short videos, basic motion graphics, carousels, and simple landing content.
- Edit and modify images (resize, layout, basic retouching, brand overlay, thumbnails).
- Edit videos for social (short-form cuts, subtitles, hooks, intros/outros).
- Repurpose long-form material into short-form assets for multiple platforms.
3) SEO / GEO / AIO Execution (Semrush)
- Use Semrush to support SEO research and execution: keyword research, competitor tracking, on-page recommendations, and content optimization.
- Apply GEO/AIO concepts (Generative Engine Optimization / AI Optimization) by creating content that performs well both in search and AI-driven discovery.
- Track rankings, content performance, and technical/optimization opportunities via Semrush reporting.
4) Marketing Ops + Measurement (HubSpot + GA4)
- Use HubSpot to publish, track, and report performance for campaigns and content.
- Track key social and campaign KPIs inside HubSpot reporting (traffic, leads, conversion rates, engagement, attribution).
- Use GA4 to validate traffic performance, user behavior, and conversions (events, source/medium, landing pages).
- Build weekly/monthly performance summaries and optimization recommendations.
5) AI-Assisted Marketing Workflow
- Use AI tools such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, NanoBanana, and Lovart to:
- Generate ideas, outlines, drafts, ad copy, and variants
- Create/iterate creative concepts and content formats
- Speed up editing workflows (captions, summaries, localization, repurposing)
- Maintain quality control: fact-checking, brand voice alignment, and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing or social media/content roles (adjust seniority).
- Strong working knowledge of:
- HubSpot (campaigns, tracking, reporting, social publishing or content tools)
- Semrush (SEO research + reporting; SEO/GEO/AIO familiarity)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) (traffic analysis, conversion/event understanding)
- Practical experience managing and posting content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X.
- Ability to create and edit content independently (copy + visuals + video).
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate work while keeping quality high.
- Strong attention to detail and a habit of measuring results and iterating.
Nice to Have
- Basic paid ads experience (Meta/LinkedIn/YouTube) and A/B testing.
- Understanding of UTM tracking, attribution, and funnel reporting.
- Basic design/video tool experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut, Descriptany is fine).
- B2B marketing experience (if your business is B2B).
