Job Description:
Sincere Healthcare Group is seeking a creative and digitally savvy intern to join our Marketing & Communications team. This internship offers you a unique opportunity to work closely with a cross-functional team to design and develop impactful, marketing-driven content for our social media channels.
As a Social Media Content Intern, you'll help build meaningful connections with our audience through visually engaging posts, reels, and videos-helping us educate and empower communities in the space of women's health and fertility care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging static and video content for social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Assist in planning and managing the content calendar
- Write compelling captions and calls-to-action to drive engagement and conversions
- Analyse social media insights to optimize content performance
- Research and implement current social trends and platform algorithm updates
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and clinical teams for campaigns and promotions
- Support ad creative design and A/B testing for paid campaigns
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related fields
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Canva, and Capcut
- Knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and engagement best practices
- Creativity with a good sense of design, storytelling, and branding
- Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Bonus: Experience creating TikTok/Instagram Reels or managing a personal/ brand social account is a plus
Good to Have:
- Experience in TikTok/Reels editing or short-form video creation
- Understanding of digital advertising formats and social media analytics
- Interest in healthcare, lifestyle, or wellness industries
