To support our growth, we're looking for a SEM Specialist/Senior SEM Specialist (Digital Marketing) to take charge of our paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms - ensuring they not only perform but also contribute to a supportive and positive client experience.

Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns to meet business and client objectives.
- Performance Optimisation: Monitor deliverables, ensuring campaigns meet quality standards, deadlines, and performance KPIs.
- Data & Insights: Analyse campaign performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with creatives, web developers, and internal stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest SEM and social media trends to ensure Healthway remains at the forefront of digital healthcare marketing.
- Stakeholder Success: Build strong relationships by ensuring campaigns deliver measurable value and long-term stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency experience an advantage)
- Working knowledge of Google (SEM & SEO), Meta Ads, and basic content creation principles
- Proficient with digital and social media management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
