Position Summary
The Marketing & Digital Content Executive is responsible for managing social media platforms, creating digital and print marketing materials, and supporting promotional campaigns. This role requires strong creative skills, attention to detail, and coordination with external agencies, while ensuring all deliverables comply with the company's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media (SNS) Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to increase community interaction.
- Stay updated on trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities.
2. Content Creation (Canva & Digital Design)
- Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, posters, and promotional materials using Canva.
- Create marketing materials for campaigns, events, and announcements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and digital content.
3. Campaign Support(Support for PR agency and the parent company's marketing department)
- Assist in planning and executing online campaigns (ads, promotions, contests, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team to align digital marketing with overall brand objectives.
- Suggest new ideas for increasing online presence and customer engagement.
4. Coordination with SNS Content Production Agency
- Consult on shooting content and handle the filming process (4 Reels videos and 3 feed posts).
5. Monthly Digital Data Preparation
- Create digital content for in-store and outdoor displays, aligned with ongoing promotions.
- Distribute digital data to each facility/location.
- Update the company website with the latest content.
6. Promotional Material Production
- Design A4 flyers, lunch menus, table pop cards, and vouchers.
- Produce store display panels.
Requirements
- Designs and marketing content must be approved by the Japanese General Manager and the management team before release.
- All creations must strictly comply with established brand guidelines and logo usage rules.
- Proficiency in Canva and other digital design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Good communication and coordination skills for cross-team and agency collaboration.
