Job Overview:
We are seeking Digital Marketing Executive to manage multi-platform content and support business growth through short-form video, livestreaming, and community engagement. The role focuses on building a strong online presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and other platforms, while supporting offline activities such as workshops, seminars, and client coaching programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across multiple social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and etc.
- Develop content strategies aligned with platform algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
- Plan, create, publish, and optimize engaging short-form video content
- Conduct livestream sessions, monitor performance, and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversion
- Analyze content and campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights for optimization
- Design and execute online-to-offline campaigns supporting workshops, seminars, and coaching programs
- Support client acquisition and engagement through digital channels
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, livestream operations, or content creation preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and engagement strategies
- Experience in community building, customer engagement, or coaching/follow-up systems is an advantage
- Ability to design structured follow-up or client coaching systems to support user retention and conversion
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize strategies
- Familiar with local Singapore market behavior and social media usage is a plus
- Strong conversion mindset with proven ability to drive leads, sales, or paid program participation (portfolio or data preferred)
- Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
