Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showroom Sales Assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
  • Online Inquiries Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, and website inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Social Media Create TikTok/Instagram content to promote key products.
  • E-Commerce Update product listings, manage orders, and assist with promotions.
  • Coordination Liaise with warehouse, marketing, and management for smooth operation

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year in sales, retail, or marketing
  • TikTok / IG / Canva / CapCut knowledge is a plus
  • Confident, motivated, creative, customer-oriented
