Job Summary
Support and enhance d'Phenomenal's social media presence by managing platforms, creating engaging content, and assisting with marketing and administrative tasks to drive brand awareness and project promotion.
Responsibilities
- Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) by scheduling and publishing posts aligned with the content calendar
- Monitor social media engagement including likes, comments, and messages, and respond appropriately to foster community interaction
- Track and report on social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth to inform marketing strategies
- Create engaging content including captions, short-form videos, and visuals to support brand storytelling and marketing goals
- Assist in shooting and editing content for exhibitions and events to enhance visual marketing materials
- Collaborate with designers to produce marketing collateral such as posts, banners, and reels that align with project themes
- Develop storytelling content for completed projects and case studies to showcase design achievements
- Maintain organized content calendars and marketing schedules to ensure timely campaign execution
- Organize digital assets including photos, videos, and project materials for easy access and use
- Assist in preparing marketing performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and support decision-making
Required competencies and certifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Interest in social media and digital marketing with basic content creation skills including photo/video editing
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Strong writing and communication skills to craft clear and engaging messages
- Creative mindset with attention to detail for producing visually appealing content
- Knowledge of design and editing tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience managing social media accounts through personal or school projects
- Interest in the interior design industry
