As we continue our rapid growth in Singapore and across the region we're looking for a sharp, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to help us grow our digital presence and performance.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will drive online visibility, performance campaigns, and customer acquisition across digital platforms. You'll be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, and aggregator platforms, and ensuring strong ROI from every digital touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, bidding, and creatives for best outcomes.
• Manage social media ad content calendar and coordinate with the design team on creatives.
• Analyze digital performance metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, CPA) and report insights weekly.
• Oversee SEO basics for websites and online listings, ensuring accurate tagging, metadata, and keyword presence.
• Collaborate with aggregator platforms (Grab, Foodpanda, Deliveroo) for performance promos and ads.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and audience segmentation.
• Stay on top of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
• Managing EDMs and customer communication for Foodsta Rewards loyalty program across our suite of brands.
