Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities, and promotions to drive sales for all e-Commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Tiktok and other platforms.
Able to analyze/reports weekly sales and eCommerce results
Analyze/reports digital performance and results weekly and provide solutions to improve key metrics (CPC, CPM, conversion rate, etc.)
Create and update website content, products, images, promotions and banners to ensure the information is kept up to date.
To maintain all inquiries from online customers and responsible for daily operations for eCommerce.
To maintain stock availability and accuracy across platforms
Identify opportunities and participate in the development of new initiatives or enhancements to maximize growth.
Using in-depth knowledge of the media channels (FB, Google, Tiktok, SEO & SEM, Email Marketing) to optimise campaigns and make appropriate adjustments
Ensure inventory and prices are upkept regularly in sales channels to be in line with promotional campaigns
Perform ad-hoc duties related to e-commerce and digital sales as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Must have 1-2 years of experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok, etc.
Strong command of written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and professionally
Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and self-discipline are essential
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Basic experience in Canva and Capcut would be a bonus
