We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Digital Marketing Executive to manage our Shopify website and drive online marketing initiatives. This role combines hands-on website management with digital campaign execution across Google, Meta, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Website Management
. Upload and update products with accurate descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content.
. Maintain and refresh website banners, collections, and landing pages.
. Monitor site performance and user experience, flagging issues proactively.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
. Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) to maximize ROI.
. Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for awareness, traffic, and conversions.
. Track, analyze, and report performance via Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
. Interpret ad reports to recommend improvements and scale successful campaigns.
Social Media & Content
. Plan and execute content posting on social media platforms.
. Ensure consistent branding across website, ads, and social media.
. Coordinate with designers/photographers for creatives and visuals.
. Monitor engagement and community feedback to optimize posting strategies.
Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field.
. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
. Proficiency in Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
. Strong understanding of ad performance metrics, reporting, and campaign optimization.
. Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or equivalent tools for basic creatives is a plus.
. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
