E-Commerce/Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• Coordinate with Product Marketing team in planning and executing campaigns/promotions
• Responsible for achieving sales forecast and targets
• Responsible for New Product introduction on Online Platforms
• Responsible for Online Platform Reports and KPIs
• Key liaison with Online Platform Accounts such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon etc
• Manage operations flow such as customer service, returns and exchanges, operational issues
• Provide support for other Online activities and projects when required
• Involved in supporting logistics operations in major online campaigns

Job Requirements:

• Able to handle and possess understanding of online marketplaces (Such as Lazada Shopee Seller Centres, Tiktok, Zalora and other Websites)
• Sales driven personality and has basic understanding of customer service
• Good Microsoft Office (Excel) skills.
• Comfortable with using social media.
• Independent and resourceful.
• Possess high integrity in work responsibilities.
• Meticulous with details.
• Highly capable of multi-tasking and is able to meet deadlines assigned.
• Committed and willing to learn attitude.
• Knowledge or experience about digital marketing will be preferred.
