Digital Marketing and Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Digital Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in both digital marketing and sales. You will support online marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and assist the sales team in acquiring and servicing clients

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

. Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, RED XiaohongShu, etc.)

. Create and manage engaging content for social media and website to increase brand awareness

. Support search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) activities

. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, etc.)

. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing materials and promotions

Sales & Business Development

. Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities

. Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and client servicing

. Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentation materials for clients

. Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support

. Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales targets

Requirements

. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields

. Less than 1 year of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome)

. Familiar with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, , RED XiaohongShu, etc.)

. Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media management, and content creation is a plus

. Strong interest in sales and customer engagement

. Good communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin proficiency is required basic English preferred for business use)

. Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
