Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales and Marketing Expert to drive our international expansion from our bases in Singapore and Nepal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex solutions in a global market and a deep understanding of both the sales and marketing cycles. You will be responsible for identifying new global market opportunities, building strong relationships with international clients, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and achieving ambitious sales targets. This role requires an ability to conduct market analysis to inform new product development and utilize technology to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy to expand CAS Total Solutions&apos market share.
Focus on selling key CAS Solutions offerings:
- Automation Solutions, with a specific focus on the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
- Cybersecurity solutions to protect businesses in an evolving threat landscape.
- Hardware and off-the-shelf software licenses to a diverse clientele.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development and negotiation for international clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with international clients.
- Conduct analysis to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across our multiple products and services, creating and presenting customized solution bundles that deliver maximum value.
Marketing Leadership and Campaigns:
- Lead and execute marketing activities to support global sales efforts.
- Manage and grow the company&aposs LinkedIn page, creating engaging content and driving community interaction.
- Develop and oversee marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with global sales goals.
- Manage and mentor a marketing executive, guiding them in setting and executing regular marketing activities and encouraging the effective use of modern tools for productivity.
Product and Market Strategy:
- Collect requirements and feedback from the global market to inform and support the development of new products or service segments.
- Act as a key liaison between the market and the product development team, ensuring our solutions meet real-world needs.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities on a global scale.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in a B2B sales and marketing role, with a significant portion of that experience in international or global markets.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and successfully implementing cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading marketing campaigns and managing social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn.
- Strong, hands-on experience selling complex solutions in Automation, Cybersecurity, Hardware, and Software Licenses.
- Knowledge of AI and AI-driven tools to elevate sales and marketing activities.
- Experience in mentoring or managing a junior marketing team member.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- A bachelor&aposs degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
